You see, most Sundays I'll invariably find myself listening to a sermon (happens at Churches) and I'll be thinking, 'Wow... this'd be a great message for such-and-such.' This is usually followed with fervent prayer for that person.
Well, it happened again. Yesterday. It was a particularly good sermon and I thought, 'Wow! Great message for...' and began to eagerly pray. However, my passionate prayer lasted about... I'd say less than a second. A question popped into my mind: Why is it that a sermon is for everybody else and not you?
Good question. No answer. Stopped praying.
I was in my Sunday routine and God pulled me out. Now I have a Sunday vow: Sermons are for me.
